Speaker, comedian, and 6-time author Mahlena-Rae Johnson (that's me 💁🏾) is The Only Presentation Coach for Introverted CEOs.
Yes, the ONLY one.
She has consistently taught leaders how to feel the fear and speak on stage anyway for over 2 decades.
The quirky CEO of her company Mahlena Speaks, Mahlena honed her relationship-building skills while earning her MBA in Marketing at the University of Southern California. She later translated her quiet savvy for connecting with like-minded individuals into expanding her media empire from the US to Canada, where she taught graduate level classes in Social Media at Seneca Polytechnic. On her LinkedIn Live show Conquer Performance Pressure with Mahlena-Rae Johnson, Mahlena teaches her audience of competent leaders how to tell your story, with powerful persuasion.
A Canadienne of Américaine descent, Mahlena is living her best life in the suburbs of Toronto. This megalomaniacal INTJ has been featured on BusinessBecause, CBC Kids, The Global Chatter Podcast, Murder, We Spoke: a Murder, She Wrote podcast, The New to Canada Podcast, and more. A happy transplant from Los Angeles to the GTA, Mahlena is still learning how to navigate the streets of Downtown Toronto, wondering whether to dress for sleet or sunshine on any given morning, and preparing for inevitable encounters with city moose. Though she is American by birth, in 2023, Mahlena achieved Canadian citizenship in a move she likes to call The Reverse Sandra Oh. 🇨🇦 🇺🇸
